The city
Cranfield is located about halfway between London and Birmingham in the UK - 75 km north-west of London. The rural campus is close to both Bedford and Milton Keynes (approximately 20 minutes by car) and is conveniently situated between junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 motorway.
Set in rolling countryside just 10 miles from the centre of Milton Keynes our campus is wholly postgraduate, which means you study in mature professional surroundings.

Social activities
Cranfield has a wide range of cultural, recreational and sporting societies supported by the Students’ Association. If there isn't a club representing your interest, you can set one up!
The Community Development Office offers a full programme of events on and off campus, including sightseeing visits, theatre, concert, museum trips, and the occasional visit to Europe. Support and advice on all aspects of student life including English classes for wives and partners, the HOST scheme in which international students are invited to visit British hosts in their homes throughout the country, information and friendship.

Student_union
The Cranfield Students’ Association offers ample opportunities to socialise with your fellow students either in the bar or in a smoke and alcohol-free café. Entertainment includes games nights, bands, discos, karaoke, quizzes and film nights. The Cranfield ‘International Day’ brings together the wide variety of nationalities represented on campus - where you can experience food and cultures from around the world.
