Masterīs Degree Programme in Information Technology

The programme provides the professional skills and facilities for demanding expert, development and management tasks in key areas of information technology. Students gain excellent skills for developing and applying the information technology as well as for managing complete entities in many other areas of technology. The programme has interdisciplinary and flexible study opportunities of a high standard and quality. Students achieve good language, communication and cooperation skills as well as abilities for operating in a multi-disciplinary and international community. Graduates typically find employment in research, design, development, production and operating tasks or commercial and administrative tasks in the field of ICT.

The programme offers eight alternative areas of specialization in the field: communications engineering, computational systems biology, digital and computer electronics, mathematics, multimedia, positioning and navigation, signal processing, and software systems.

1) a 3 or 4 years university-level B.Sc. degree from the field of information technology or other discipline related to the programme.

2) a qualified score from one of the following English language tests: TOEFL (min. 79 in iBT or 550 in PBT), IELTS (min. score 6.5) or Cambridge Language Certificate (CPE or CAE with the grade "C" or higher).
