Master's Programme in Real Estate Investment and Finance
Real Estate Investment and Finance is a two-year (120 ECTS) Master’s Degree programme organized by Helsinki University of Technology (TKK) and the Swedisch School of Economics and Business Administration (Hanken). The programme strives to provide a master’s degree of international standards and quality that give the students the required knowledge to work both in the property market field and in the field of financial intermediation. Teachers of the programme are leading international professors in real estate investments and finance.
At the Helsinki University of Technology (TKK) studies are offered by Department of Surveying. Requirements for the Master’s Degree Programme in Real Estate Investment and Finance include a 3-years Bachelor’s degree of international standards, sufficient preliminary knowledge in specified subject areas, and for international applicants with English as a foreign language, a language test.
